Pay: $45,000–$50,000 per year (depending on experience) 

Full-Time | Mostly Day Shift | Some Weekends

Bayou Palms Assisted Living & Memory Care is looking for a Dietary Manager to join our team! We’re a friendly, resident-centered community where great food and caring hearts make all the difference.

What You’ll Do:

• Oversee daily kitchen operations and meal service for our residents

• Plan menus and make sure meals meet dietary needs

• Order food and supplies, manage inventory, and keep the kitchen organized

• Train and schedule dietary staff

• Make sure the kitchen meets all food safety and state guidelines

• Work closely with our care team to make mealtime enjoyable for everyone

What We're Looking For:

• Experience in food service management (assisted living or healthcare a plus!)

• ServSafe certification or willingness to get certified

• Reliable, organized, and great with people

• Passion for serving seniors and creating a positive dining experience
